When will I get my order?

Your order will be cut and shipped within 1-2 business days. The order will then be shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Shipments typically arrive in 1-5 days for the continental US or 3-5 business days or more for international.

Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out the following business day, typically Monday, unless otherwise stated due to a holiday.

Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days.  

Overnight shipping will ship UPS overnight service.  Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday would be delivered by Tuesday.  Please contact us if you need an order delivered overnight for Saturday delivery.

During our busy season, from November 1st through December 31st, orders take an additional 1-2 days to process.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as we have not cut or shipped your order you may feel free to cancel the order, just email us at orders@24hourcrafts.com

Can you make a custom sign?

YES!! We would be happy to give you a price for custom orders, just reach out via email to orders@24hourcrafts.com 

What if my product arrives broken or defective?

Please reach out at orders@24hourcrafts.com and we will ship out a new order no questions asked.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of custom orders, we can not accept returns on custom signs or orders over $100.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be a custom sign, must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@24hourcrafts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
