When Will I Get My Order?

Most orders are cut and shipped within 1–2 business days. Larger or custom orders may take a few extra days to process.

Once shipped, orders are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Typical delivery times are:

Continental U.S.: 1–5 business days

International: 3–5 business days or longer, depending on location

Important Notes:

- Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following business day (usually Monday), unless delayed by a holiday.

- From October through December, processing may take a few additional days due to high order volume.

- Expedited shipping delivers in 1–3 business days.

- Overnight shipping uses UPS Overnight Service. Orders placed Friday–Sunday typically arrive by Tuesday. Contact us if you need Saturday overnight delivery.

***Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (weather, natural disasters, system outages, etc.) are not covered by our shipping guarantee.***


Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes—if your order has not yet been cut or shipped. To cancel, email us at orders@24hourcrafts.com.


Do You Make Custom Signs?

Absolutely! We’d be happy to provide pricing for custom orders. Email us at orders@24hourcrafts.com to get started.


What If My Product Arrives Broken or Defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@24hourcrafts.com. We’ll ship out a replacement—no questions asked.


What Is Your Refund Policy?

Because of their personalized nature, custom signs and orders over $100 are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.

- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Can NOT be a custom order.

To initiate a return, contact us through our web chat feature or email us at orders@24hourcrafts.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package at your own cost. Please note, we do not provide return labels.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us right away so we can make it right.
